After being let down by Uber eats and not receiving my delivery I tried one last time through a different ordering system. As I’m working in a retail shop solo, leaving the shop wasn’t an option. I left specific delivery instructions including that I had been let down previously. When opening the bag to see this inside my order, I can not begin to tell you how something so little can change someone’s day. Not my sort of place at all, regarding the food offerings and the beverages, but the interior design is stunning and well worth your patronage to see and enjoy! Wonderful incorporated town wall, built in 1300! My photos don't really do it justice!

Pret closed my store in Worcester, as a big fan of Pret, I was very happy to find one in Shrewsbury. Friendly & welcoming staff & owner, lovely fresh food. Owner explained he'd purchased a new coffee machine which made better coffee than before. Look forward to visiting again.

Ordered a coffee and the fella behind the counter looked down at a bit of a cookie that was flaking off, picked it, and ate it right in front of me, more concerning he didn’t even look around when he did it. Made me feel incredibly sick.
