There is a young lady the name of Molly she is an amazing member of your staff. Always smiling happy and interested with customers. She is a major major asset. I love the Midland and have been drinking in there since it opened. I was worried very worried when I heard Amber were taking it from BCA. However I can honestly say I love the place MORE now. Your staff there are top quality people. Don't lose them. Mason and Jenny are amazing you don't get this service you should be so proud to have people working for you who care about what they do. Lovely warm welcome from Jenny manager. The Midland pub has a lovely warm atmosphere and welcome. Jenny and the staff are always very welcoming. Old midland bank, high celiing, big windows , original features, and nice clean and tidy. A grest bar layout with plenty of choice of beers , ales ,ciders and soft drinks. The cobs don't look as impressive here as other pubs in the chain. Sports on the TV 8f that's your thing. There's a small beer garden out the back but it's nothing special. The Midland is in a good central location.
