This is the BEST branch under the Birmingham postcode. #1 choice when it comes to hitting the sweet spot. I have been here countless times and every single time the boys look after me. Even the manager who is so sweet, when he’s there he gets involved hands on and continues to share his good energy with us civillians. I visited recently on Sunday and was served by Esa and Abdi. Ordered the Kunafe Cookie Dough and Kinder Bueno Cookie Dough. Order came in a timely 7 minutes. Staff at till was friendly, although wasn't sure about items on menu, but nice enough. Good AC. That's about it in terms of positives. It was closer to a mild-warm Cookie Dough rather than hot. Really disappointed with our visit to Little Dessert Shop Solihull. Although the desserts looked appealing, they were average at best for the price, and after spending £30 on four desserts, the experience simply didn’t feel worth it.
