Had a lovely time. Dagmara was so lovely and professional she works in the touchwood branch and absolutely deserves a promotion. She was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable whilst showing us recommendations. Only disappointment is lemon and ginger tea is no longer on the menu PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!

The main reason I’m giving any stars at all is because Chloe, the blonde waitress, was absolutely lovely. She had great manners, was attentive throughout, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Excellent customer service from her. Unfortunately, my experience with the red-haired manager was the complete opposite. She came across as rude, unprofessional, and gave me a dirty plate. I also felt uncomfortable because she kept looking me up and down during the visit. Overall, her attitude really affected the experience and made me not want to return while she is working there. not my first time here, but still great! we were seated immediately in a nice area and our orders were taken quickly. the food arrived in very good time and was very yummy and our server was lovely, will be coming back :)
