9.30am and already a few people in having a pint, no bother, just sat quietly discussing horse racing. I went for a coffee (£1.85!!! And I think its refillable 😀). Cute outdoor area. Service was perfect, admittedly hard not to be when there was no one else to serve and all I asked for was a coffee which I had to fill myself. But for £1.85 no complaints!

It's a spoons and polished at what they do. There is food for literally everybody. The prices are great and the service was quick. The location is great and just off the high street. We were lucky to catch a sunny day and the outside area was awesome.

Honestly, this is one of the loveliest Wetherspoons we have up north. It’s got great service and the staff are always friendly. The food is typical Wetherspoons where it’s what you pay for. Your food comes out fast, but if it’s extremely busy, there may be a 20 minute to half an hour wait in extremely rare circumstances. Whatever you want, the staff will get you and if you want to swap anything out in your meal for example in your breakfast, they will accommodate you. It has a lovely atmosphere inside to it all dark wood and has a lovely open area with booths where you can sit. If people ge

I really like this spoons! Breakfast was hot and good value and the unlimited coffee warms my ice cold heart! No huge queues and served quickly by the lovely bar person. Service was top notch, they are very nice in here, the team work hard but they are chill and down to earth and are easily approachable. The place is clean and has a good atmosphere especially in the morning/daytime. I don't make a habit of frequenting spoons nowadays, and never at night but the last couple of times I've been in here for food it's been lovely.
