First impressions were very good, a woman met us upon entry lovely and polite got us to a table quickly. We sat down and looked at the menu seemed fair for what it was other than soft drinks at £5.50 a pint and £4.50 a half. They’re not actually a pint either it’s an American 16oz not a uk 20oz Music and atmosphere was quite good and a good level to what yourself too so it was a nice place to eat at. On to the food - we waited a very long time before someone came over to take the drinks and food order together was at least 20 minutes we sat there and it wasn’t busy. Got out cutlery and napki

The food was good, with an excellent selection of beers and wines. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself was spotless. Lots of TV’s all over the restaurant to watch top sport when it is on. If you can get a cubicle, your table can have its own a TV.

Pretty awful food. Obviously frozen food that's deep fried. The three different starters all looked and tasted the same. The coleslaw on the chicken tenders with fries, was obviously from a supermarket and did not look like the fresh slaw on the menu! Even the carrot in it was the faded orange! The small piece of lemon on the Starter was old and dry, why would they even serve that? £4 for small fizzy was very expensive too.

Booked a table for two at Kwackers just before my wife’s birthday while we were staying in Southampton. Main mission: food, drinks, and watching the F1. Booked online because they advertise showing F1, left a note saying that was specifically why we were coming, and even phoned ahead to double check. Was told the F1 would be on every TV, we could sit wherever we wanted, and it wouldn’t be busy. Lovely stuff. Fast forward to arrival and the first thing we’re told is “we know you’re here for the F1 but we may close before it finishes.” Bit of a curveball considering the opening hours online su
