Visited for the first time for a quick lunch, which looks like a fairly quiet Tuesday lunch time. Being a first time I went with a biggie to get a range to try. Single cheese burger with small fries and 4pc chicken nuggets with a drink for a reasonable £7.99. The service was swift and food was hot which was encouraging. Always good to get service with a little smile. The meal was well presented and the fresh items in the burger looked good. probably some of the friendliest workers that have served me at restaurants. they have never messed up my order, the food itself is always warm, and the people themselves always seem to enjoy being there, which just makes it even more tempting to go there over other restaurants I like. when service has been a little slow, even though I'm the only order up, they are quick to explain the delay and the wait itself is never more than 10 minutes anyway, unless the restaurant is absolutely packed but you can't even blame the kitchen there. overall, great food, great service, and never disappoints.

Visited on Thursday 14:00 pm 11/06/2026 the girl was there was super helpful smiley and proactive! She was patient and friendly asked if I need help using the drinks machine. She literally came straight to help me. I really appreciate it thank you. The food wasn’t too good but the customer service in this branch is amazing!!

The service was fairly fast and the small fries were £1.59 for a small size. It was pleasant and the ice cream was 99p each although it was quite watery.
