We ordered from Zento Sushi via Deliveroo and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The spicy beef ramen arrived damaged, with the container leaking and liquid spilled inside the bag. This made it messy and difficult to enjoy. More concerning was the katsu chicken, which was undercooked/raw in parts. Due to food safety concerns, we had to throw it away. This is not something that should happen and is a serious issue. On a positive note, the overall flavour of the food was decent, which is why this isn’t a 1-star review. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant, we spent £20 for two bowls of ramen and drinks so it was a good price! The flavours were amazing, I really enjoyed it and the portions were big. The service was very fast and welcoming. We will be coming back!

Zento Sushi has the best ramen in Southampton! I went there with my friends, and everyone loved the food. All the dishes we ordered were really good, but I especially recommend the Spicy Chicken Ramen ,it was amazing! The broth was rich, tasty, and full of flavor. I also really enjoyed the Prawn Tempura, which was light and crispy. Definitely a great spot for anyone who loves Japanese food!

We had dinner there and it is really nice. I recommend the shrimp tempura sushi, fried salmon sushi and the katsu curry the portion is big and it’s worth every penny, it was delicious. Service is amazing and they’re super fast. Highly recommended !! Everything in the pic was 36 pounds and we had a discount for paying in cash and it was reduced to 32 pounds !
