How mean can you be. I watched the short lady making sandwiches. And I was praying she was not going to make mine. A sprinkle of lettuce. 4 tomatoes to a foot long. 5 pieces. If cucumber. Not even a pinch of onion. It's was horrid to watch. Lucky enough I got some one else. But even I watch her I had to stop her and tell her I want some salad on the sub. What I asked for was not a lot just enough. I want 6 pieces of tomatoes. 6 pieces of cucumber. More that 4 pieces of onion. It was dier to watch. Then she told me we are limited to what we can put in the sub. I understand that. But for the l

Waited 10 minutes in line for only 2 people ahead of me, then another 10 minutes at the front. Staff members were both making deliveries the second they came through, not even acknowledging the customers in front of them. I understand it gets busy but a polite apology and better delegation is necessary.

Food got 4 stars but the entire experience 3 and this is being generous. Staff really needs to pay more attention to clean tables and sweep floors as place was so dirty. Unbelievable. It only takes a few minutes to quickly wipe tables to make it more attractive for customers. After wiping the table and chair ( was totally filthy) enjoyed my sub.

The footlong Philly steak I ordered doesn’t even look edible and is frozen cold. On number of occasions I’ve found hair in my food from this store. This time I’ve had to heat my food up in the oven which is why it even looks edible. Do not use this store if you can help it.
