Absolutely shocking experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt pressured into ordering shisha, despite the majority of our group not wanting to smoke. It seemed as though purchasing shisha was more important to them than providing good customer service. The food service was even worse. We ordered both starters and mains and waited 30 minutes before asking for an update. We were told our food would be with us in just a few minutes. Overall had a wonderful experience with ordering food from here. There was a small issue at first, but the management were fantastic and went above and beyond to sort it out, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, well packaged, and full of flavour.
