Such huge area at west wing of terminal 2, if you want to kill time. Don’t have regular coffee, all specialty coffee. No milket and creamer ask when place order. Staff are nice, willing to help

I clearly asked the barista for a coconut mocha to have in and a croissant. Instead, he gave me a large takeaway cup without even asking. Having in means it should have been served in a ceramic cup, but he just flipped the drink into one, causing it to spill over the sides and onto the saucer. The mocha itself was very bland and watery, almost like no chocolate was added. On top of that, instead of a croissant, he gave me a pain au chocolat and insisted that it was a croissant – showing a clear lack of training. The food is good, you can grab a quick snack ready to go, the drinks are really good you can personalize them I liked that, I ordered a matcha latte with coconut milk and flavor pistachio was really good(better than in Starbucks) They also have child friendly juices and drinks We ate there after a long flight and it was a great meal

For the past seven years, I've enjoyed my daily coffee from Nero's branch’s especially the one at Heathrow Terminal 4 , and I've consistently experienced excellent service and quality. However, during my recent visit to the Heathrow Terminal 2 branch, I encountered a disappointing situation. When I requested a double espresso in a small cup, the employee refused and with saying NO simply placed a large cup on the table before walking away. This was the first time I've experienced such poor service, which was surprising given my otherwise positive experiences with Nero
