Today my wife and I visited this Starbucks branch in Stockport, and we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very clean, relaxing, and full of positive energy. We were especially impressed by Macie and Kandy, the baristas, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain the new drinks we wanted to try and provided excellent recommendations. Their kindness, warm smiles, and outstanding customer service made our visit truly enjoyable. Thank you, Macie and Kandy, for making our day special. We will definitely be coming back!

Usually have a great experience, staff are always attentive and quick. But today, Reza has to be the slowest member of staff to exist. People in front of me ended up leaving before placing an order bc the service was so slow. People have trains to catch! The whole point is to grab a quick drink, but there was 0 sense of urgency from Reza who didn’t seem interested at all.

I’m so impressed by the customer care in this Starbucks. The staff are fantastic, especially Marge!, they are friendly, efficient and have given a lovely festive atmosphere complete with reindeer hats. After missing our train we feel really cheered up after coming in here. Thank you Starbucks at Stockport station!
