Experienced this on 4th December 2025 Ordered food at 6:45 pm, expecting delivery time was 1 hour. After 1 hour didn’t receive any food or even a call from the restaurant that there is a delay instead the order status was showing as out for delivery! Called the restaurant and asked where is my order to which the person replied your order is ready and is just about to go out for delivery and will be with you in 20 minutes. Asked on the phone why is it showing on uber status as out for delivery if its still inside the restaurant? Their response : “we have been busy it will be with you in 20 minu
