Beautiful refurbished restaurant. Staff were really lovely, but overall, considering we were a booked table of 12, the delivery of food was slow. Unfortunately food arrived cool and not acceptable hot. Maybe kitchen problems that night as a few disappointing problems. Overall, yes I would go back with the children for a family quick lunch, just for the lovely decor and hard working front of house team! They generously allowed us to bring a birthday cake for a friend's birthday. Which was kind!

I want to start by saying the Owner and Staff where very good and attentive and the Red wine was fantastic.Unfortunately everything we ordered was unsatisfactory and unedible. Ordered Calamari and it was over fried the homemade sauce which was offered was full of oil and did not taste appetising . I offered the staff member to try it so he could see I was genuine he politey refused. My Guest and I where told to order a replacment king prawns and they where not king size and full of oil. We left hungry and so dissapointed. The Owners did not charge us which we apprieciated

Massively underrated on Google. This place is an absolute gem. Incredibile lunch deal, a dish and a drink (wine/beer whatever) for like 11 quid. A bargain. The food feels truly homemade, and sincere as if you were in a bar in Portugal. Very difficult to find honest food like this around. Very impressed
