“Amazing customer service, food and atmosphere”

Poor service, bottomless drinks were flat, 1 person on the till who was a new trainee and out of their depth with little help - had to ask other staff who were cooking on th grill how to input every item on the till. No cutlery - just knives. Had to wait for spoons and forks. Coleslaw was warm. We were a table of 6. A table of 7 came after us, and were seated before us despite only having 3 people present at their time of seating. Nandos never disappoints. This one wasn't busy however we had to place orders via counter as QR code wasn't working. It's a pain because we were 8 people but we managed. Lovely meal as always! Toilets were nasty tbh 😅

Paid £60 for dry chicken and undercooked rice – never again. Really disappointing experience. I spent almost £60 and honestly expected much better. The chicken arrived dry with barely any sauce – if you can’t add enough sauce for the price, what’s the point? The spicy rice was the biggest letdown: £4.75 for what amounted to about two spoonfuls. On top of that, it was tasteless and undercooked, with a texture closer to pebbles than rice. Absolutely unacceptable. This is by far the best Nando’s branch in London! I visited with my child, and we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing — so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There was one gentleman in particular (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) who really stood out. A soon as I asked him for colouring sheets he immediately brought them over to keep my child entertained. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our visit so much more relaxed and enjoyable.
