Shocked to see someone else had the same experience with the same item on the menu as I did today. Chicken and Cheese fries with a strand of hair in it. Didn’t offer to send a replacement as it was 20 mins before closing. Asked if I could drive to the store instead but the point of ordering through Uber eats was for convenience of not having to leave the house and collect it. I didn’t end up driving in for the replacement due to it being just after midnight. New fast food restaurant around Sutton Coldfield. Very tidy and well organised inside. Had noce menus done, inside it's a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The beautiful lady from the counter was very respectful, polite and happy 😃 Food was quickly done and well packed. I arrived home and food was still warmed up. They had to invested a little in the interior as previously the place was looking very bad, from the previous business 👀 Overall nice experience and the prices are good 👍

No stars for atmosphere as this was a delivery via Uber Eats. I wrote the first review for this restaurant when they first opened 4 months ago. I still regularly order from them and the food never disappoints. However, Uber Eats have been really disappointing lately. One time recently, the driver went to the restaurant twice and then drove off in the opposite direction when my food had been ready for ages.
