Been using this place for years but has gotten bad the last few times. I've had some issues before with late orders and missing things but have let it go. Order cost £33 and was late after waiting for the 50 min delivery. Rang the shop to ask when to expect delivery and they said it will be with you in a couple of mins. Food arrived and there were missing items and wrong portion sizes. What really bothers me is that a takeaway isn’t cheap any more and is classed as treat nowadays. But know one is bothered. Been here several times and the service is always bad. I wait at the till and the workers ignore you, and then pretend they haven't seen you (when you clearly catch their eyes). This happens every time. There's been times where there have been around 6 workers and i'm the only customer, and they still stand around avoiding eye contact and fumble around pretending to be busy. There's a lot of student workers which is fine, but they need to be trained in basic level of customer service.
