Ordered on just eat. The food was shocking. This is now so expensive that it has to be value for money. If I was in store and they made it like this I would be disgusted and ask for a remake or walk out. The 6” was less than half a (footlong) it was tiny and had 3 tiny pieces of lettuce, 2 pieces of sweetcorn and only 3 pieces of meat!!!!!SHOCKING. No cucumber . The other 3 footlongs were all mixed up, wrong bread and the requested salads were all on the wrong sandwich with the wrong sauce justeat refused a refund

we want to order from here; but not on the kiosk. We had limited time and had to go to work. It takes long time to order same thing for two. we insisted them that we want to order directly; but they forced us to order from kiosk. We left that place after that. It should be a customer choice from where they want to order; whether it’s from home or from the main desk or from the kiosk.

Rude and immature staff incapable of dealing with a wrong order in store so escalated to head office and here. Sub has no meat on and salad completely wrong on second order. Unwilling to deal with it despite being out of the store for less than a minute
