I asked for two types of coffees both of them to have them IN as i was asked In or take away i said IN they make in take away cup, So I asked can I have it in a glass as I said i was stying in so They pour them into a glass in a very unhappy way and they look at each other like I was being fussy ( i don’t like cardboard cups with hot drinks in it ) and then they pour my coffee into a very filthy cup i will show you in the picture. get better stuff that they can treat others like them selfs

This my favourite Starbucks, today I ordered 2 large drinks. When I went to pick it up I got given 2 medium. Said I ordered large and they said you been charged for medium. Left feeling unsatisfied as they should have sorted out waht I asked for o stead of just having to accept what they give to me. Level of service is going right down in the UK please take care of the customers needs.

Just got served by Megan on the drive through, after feeling like I needed a coffee to settle my nerves as my son is on his driving test. Her attitude was lush, she was happy, friendly and very accommodating whilst helping me get an oat beverage due to me recently finding out I have dietary issues. What a gorgeous interaction with a gorgeous girl!
