Outstanding dishes and warm hospitality. Will be back. Walked in around 10pm, two of us. Service was friendly from the start and we felt welcomed. The head chef, Mr Kandel, popped out of the kitchen. We were never hurried. Modern and tidy, with white tablecloths and comfortable seating. Spicy papadoms came with a fresh chutney tray, the onion salad zingy and clean. I started with a tandoori king prawn starter, well cooked with a light char and proper spice, so good I finished the crisp tails too. A genuine recommendation if you like full bodied spicy but not to spicy food is Baglunge, it’s truly a dish that you will have time and time again. We visited yesterday for dinner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We ordered momos, lamb chops, and prawns. While the prawns were quite dry, they were still edible. However, the lamb chops were burnt black and completely inedible. When we raised this with a staff member, he went to the kitchen and came back acknowledging they were overdone, but there was no apology and no attempt to replace the dish.
