The food was nice, not amazing. Their BBQ pork rack of ribs was of a good size but the sauce was a little too tangy, not enough sweet or smoky flavour. The fries it came with was cooked to perfection, but the corn could have been improved. It was quite a simply addition to the dish. We came in late-afternoon and there was no one inside. The mood of the restaurant wasn't great. The staff were nice, but the service for the food was quite slow. We visited recently for our Christmas staff meal and had a fantastic experience. A huge thank you to our server, Sophie, who went above and beyond we couldn't be more grateful for her service. The food was outstanding the wings were perfectly crunchy and well seasoned, paired with a divine cranberry sauce. The steak melted in my mouth, and the bacon mac n cheese was cheesy perfection. We finished off with delicious, chocolatey profiteroles. Highly recommend!

Amazing meals while we were staying at the Premier Inn! I’m still dreaming about that garlic and mozzarella pizzeria. They were also especially accommodating when I had some notes and work to do and had to kill time for a few hours. Roxanne was especially helpful and bubbly, very kind and understanding!
