★☆☆☆☆ I've never felt the need to leave a review for a fast-food restaurant before, but this experience was genuinely shocking. I visited on 22 May and ordered through the app whilst sat in the restaurant because the entire collection area was packed with delivery drivers and there were no staff available on the tills. Whilst waiting for my food, I watched a member of staff repeatedly throwing delivery orders at drivers and speaking to them in a way that was rude and dismissive. Multiple drivers asked her to stop. Item was stone cold , also staff laughing and stating it was funny making people wait. Ordered on app but was ignored in store trying to collect. Burger was put together inside out with bacon on top and deliberately squished what a disaster With not be using again and will be deleting app

Worst Customer Service Ever! Ordered on the app, drove to the drive through, nobody answered for 5 minutes so I drove to the payment counter, had to shout to get someone’s attention. I showed him my app order and he said there would be a long wait since they were “busy” (I was the only car in the drive though) he didn’t apologize either. I waited so long someone drove up behind me in the drive though and started beeping at me…..I finally get the food and there’s a burger missing, I have to park my car and go inside the Burger King on foot to get my missing burger. Excellent place to grab a quick meal, plenty of choice on the menu and service is always quick and hassle free. Staff do a great job and I've never had any issues with the meals I've had from here. A 5 star hygiene rating is a good indication of the level of care and attention taken in the restaurant. No hesitation in recommending Burger King Telford.
