Unlike most of their other branches, there are plenty of sittings. Fresh food and good value for money. They do decaf coffee those make out of coffee bags. Not freshly made. One of the best place to have breakfast in Telford town centre.

A Greg's sausage roll source, I think all the world's problems could be sorted over Greg's sausage rolls. Situated in Telford Shopping Centre, it supplies lunch time food needs along with casual shoppers needing sustenance. There is a range of foods available, but be prepared to queue, don't think I have ever walked past the kiosk without there being a queue

I was served today (23/10/25) at around 5:50pm by a lady called Jess. I’ve been served by Jess a few times at this Greggs and she is always so incredibly lovely and friendly and always has a smile on her face. She genuinely just radiates happiness and even after a long tough day at work, just something as simple as being served with a smile and in a lovely manner is amazing. I do hope this review gets back to her because she is making a difference with her service, even if she doesn’t know it. Thank you Jess!

On one occasion found a piece of white plastic in my Tandori Chicken Baguette, made the mistake of coming back and thought the southern fried chicken tasted off, and then proceeded to suffer from food poisoning for the next few days. Worst greggs i've ever been to, clearly has horrific food preparation standards.
