We had a few complaints about the food as they where short staffed so the carvery wasn’t the best, but to be honest the manager Jay came over and made sure we was ok and asked if there was anything he could do and he gave us free pudding as a way of apologising. It was our Nans 79th birthday so a special day and he made her feel special and went above and Beyond for all of us.

A very warm welcome from jay and the team.feels like they really want you to enjoy your visit. A warm friendly building and food is always delicious and plentiful.we wouldnt consider going any where else for our sunday carvery. Highly recommend.👍

Arrived here to find no one behind the bar or anywhere in site. Waited 5 mins then decided to order on the app at the table, no luck with that so went back to the bar. Finally someone came and took order. The carvery was pretty good, got lots of meat and the veg was good.

Sunday lunch family of four. 3 of us had carvery and one southern fried chicken burger. Carvery meat was tender and great selection of freshly prepared veg. The cauliflower cheese was wonderful. Southern fried chicken burger again freshly cooked and thoroughly enjoyed. Helpful staff we hadn’t booked and Jay who was the manager on duty helpful and efficient. Restaurant seemed well run and all tables around us clean plates and happy vibe.
