I have to say I’ve had a lovely experience today, I give a 3 star review before because a member of staff was really rude, had no customer service skills and threw our food down without any acknowledgment of our gratitude and the rudeness to my gran was a bit of a limit for me, BUT I went today with my husband and gran and I have to say the food was 10/10, staff were so lovely and polite and it was a great experience!
