We Loved our stay. Wish we could have had more than two nights stay. Lovely clean spacious room. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Only negative was the dinner menu wasn’t for us. Plus was expensive. Spoke to two other couple who were staying there. We all said the same thing. Change the menu to food people want n better prices. The hotel would be perfect. Saying all that. I can’t wait to go back n stay. Just think we will have our evening meals out

Disappointing is how we would describe it. Positives- lovely room, quiet and dog friendly. Negatives - No reception service after 7pm, No bar (it was closed) and no Restaurant (it was closed) car park is very rough. Our friends who checked in before us found the women on reception very rude. We had a very pleasant helpful young man. Would we go back sadly no . We've booked to stay at the widbrook Barns

What a nice place to stay. Rooms were a good size and evening meal was very nice and good price. Staff were the best part. Friendly and it sounds a cliché but they made it feel a home from home. The only thing letting it down is the American style 'continental' breakfast. No cooked breakfast. Will stay there again when I am in the area. Suze, Linda and the young lad who greeted me... are a credit to the running of the hotel. They made the stay great. Thank you 😊

The Moonraker Hotel is a gem of a find. Set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside this old Manor House offer high quality accommodation in fabulous surroundings at an affordable price. The staff were outstanding in the way they addressed our small issues and were so pleasant they made us feel really comfortable. We will definitely make The Moonraker our go to hotel on our regular trips to Trowbridge. Thank you.
