I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I recently experienced at one of your restaurants. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for quite some time while several staff members walked past me, chatting with each other and seemingly ignoring waiting customers. When my order was finally ready, it was correct, but my friend’s order was mishandled — it was placed aside on a rack rather than brought to our table. She had selected table service, but because there were no table stands available, we clearly wrote the table number. I eventually had to return to the counter my

Drive through got the order wrong ordered 1 big mac and 1 big mac meal,got 1 big mac and 2 portions of chips .Had to go back to have it replaced ,then it wasn't very hot.

The food can be cold most of the time. One of the things that we witnessed recently, was when we had to wait in the car park because our food wasn’t ready, they handed our ice creams but because of not knowing how long we needed wait, we refused the desserts and told them to redo them because they will melt by the time the food finished. Eventually we got the food but they didn’t grant our request and gave us the melted ice cream. Clearly don’t care.

Needed a quick pit stop for the kids Veryyyy slow service took almost 10 mins for the food to come and the place wasn’t busy at all The chips were old and like cardboard so don’t know what they were waiting for ? I did see them clean here but it was a bad job Did speak to one staff member which was nice Lucky I don’t live any where near so won’t be visiting any time soon
