Stopped at Lily's for a coffee during our walk. We had a lovely warm welcome by the staff. We both had a coffee, I had a Nata and husband had a warm scone. The coffees were perfect and the cakes indulgent. It was a welcomed break on a cold morning.

Have lived in the area for several years but never visited here until today. Planned to go Bevano Lounge but was too busy! We ordered a few different bits - panini’s, baguette, toasties and pancakes. We were serviced a stingy small cut of a baguette - approx 8cm in size (no typo!). We went for large pancakes - these were an absolute wind up, tiny little cold pieces. The toastie was not fit for human consumption! Trip to Gregg’s and a pasty each helped combat the lack of food. £50 wasted.

Excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Place is usually full at the weekends. Coffee is great. Update. Just had lunch 18.4.17 and very impressed with the food. .. Update. I've been coming here for years and they always have excellent food and drinks. I visited again today 10.10.25 Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the guy who man's the till. The 'mile high club' sandwich is that good it's as good as the real thing! 😉🥪🥂

Happened to visit this coffee shop on an evening walk to the town centre. Ordered pumpkin spiced latte and a gingerbread latte, both were way too sweet like dunked in sugar syrup, no aroma of coffee! Didn’t wanna consume any more of this sugar syrup. The atmosphere is good though won’t be visiting again.
