Jackson’s has amazing food, really recommend the chicken. However, the staff and toilets are trashy. Used the toilet and there was no toilet paper, or toilet roll, the mirror was taken off and in the bin, there was rubbish all over the floor, pee all over the toilet seat and over the button of the toilet. The staff were very discriminatory. A group of friends of mine were kicked out prior to this and when i walked in he told me i was kicked out and i had to take my money and go. I asked why i wasnt allowed to stay and he said he isnt telling me. When i left he served my other white friends and

Visited here today to grab some lunch, as needed something quick.and easy on my break. On arrival i went to use the toilet first and I was met with this. The smell of stale.urine hit me as I opened the door. This is not a toilet that was forgotten to be cleaned this morning. This is weeks and weeks worth of not cleaning! I felt physically sick! Goodness knows when it last had toilet roll replenished too! Safe to say this was my first visit and will not be returning. I hadn't dare buy food, as these are the areas we see! I placed my order at 5:00 PM and waited until 7:30 PM. Since the order still hadn’t arrived, I finally canceled it. I don’t understand why they are still running a restaurant when they clearly can’t manage orders properly. They are not serious about customer service and keep changing the delivery time whenever they want.
