We had a very disappointing experience at Express Pizza. After we arrived, no one came to our table for more than 20 minutes. We eventually had to approach the staff ourselves just to place our order. Our table was still covered with dirty dishes from the previous guests and no one bothered to clean it. On top of that, parts of our order were forgotten and we had to remind the staff several times. Unfortunately, the poor service completely ruined our mood. I really disliked the staff's service. This was my worst visit to Pizzaexpress ever. First of all, we sat out on the summer terrace. We sat there for 15 minutes, and nobody came over to us (there were other people sitting there, and the waitress kept walking back and forth serving them). When I got tired of waiting, I went inside and asked if anyone was going to serve us today. The food is very good, I have eaten a pizza, very tasty. The only thing I didn’t like was the Lemon Delight dessert , a sort of sorbet, which but it was too frozen and difficult to eat, which was a shame.
