We were quite disappointed with the sloppy service at this place. Although the place was nearly empty when we went, the staff were too busy chatting away. We couldn’t find a clean enough table to sit at and the chairs had so many stains from spilt drinks etc. When serving they asked my husband if he needed a tray to carry our coffees. I thought that would be standard practice to serve it on a tray so there are no accidents while carrying them to a table. My husband couldn’t believe the state of the toilets as they were quite dirty too and didn’t seem to have had any cleaning done that day.

i went here for coffee and was very angry at staff. i waiting for my coffee at the till and lady in black cardigan keep talking to staff while they try and listen to my order. this got me very angry. she also was very rude talking to the nice staff. i never have problems here before with other younger girls it always when the older blonde lady here! VERY RUDE! she always sitting in cafe on laptop. LOUD!

No oatmilk available only soya which made the drink taste off. Drinks made promptly and fresh. Full of builders today as the service station is u der renovation which also made parking challenging. The drink was nice overall. As its a franchise don't accept certain discounts and offers which are available at other stores.

Food and Drink were lovely, however there was a significant amount of tables that had cups and plates on them. No real attempt from the staff to clear every table quickly at all. Most tables were still left untouched when we left even when the place was not busy.
