my experiences here are always consistently good. the ice cream and milkshakes are top standard and the service is friendly and welcoming. Today i was served by Talula who was lovely and very accommodating to my needs as a customer. I would highly recommend gelateria.

I visited here recently and was absolutely shocked by the rudeness of the blonde staff member. She upset my family with her attitude I would not visit here ever again if I see her working behind the till. It's a shame how one person could ruin a reputation of what looks like a nice ice cream shop. Just reading the reviews on here it appears the management needs to look closely at the customer service skills of this young lady!!!! But I can highly recommend BEARS ice cream just a short walk up the high street they get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is really nice and tidy. It was also a nice surprise to find there is a gluten-free cone too! We went there for the review, but I did not like the taste very much as it was very sugary with dairy taste but not much of the favour that we ordered.
