Ordered via Deliveroo as they advertised a buy one get one free on chicken teriyaki pots. They both turned up half-empty so it was a bit of a scam and rather disappointing. But 1, get 1 in two pots should be the terminology used - shame as I liked itsu but just refuse to eat there now.

I LOVE IT the food is absolutely gorgeous, the sushi is fresh. 1000% recommend and I would say it’s the best shush restaurant. Easy, quick, sort of self service. Lovely workers, so kind and caring. This is my 124 time coming, 5 this year. They have so many options and I love it. Defo will be coming back tomorrow. 🤭😊🫶🏻😊
