Wagamama is generally good in terms of food and service and the Wimbledon branch is no different. Plenty of seating and service is good. Their menu keeps adding or modifying items based on the season and it's refreshing to see and keeps you excited about the next visit. The prices have been rising and portions reducing a bit but the taste of the regular items I have taken has remained unchanged thankfully. Firecracker and katsu dishes are firm favourites along with the chicken and prawn udon noodles. In my last visit. I saw nasi goreng in the menu and since it's one of my favourites, I ordered

The food is tasty, could do with a little bit more spice but you can ask for additional salt or fresh pepper, they have chilli oil and Soya sauce on the table. The environment is chilled and inviting. Menu has changed over the years and have made the menu more open to vegans and also allergy friendly aswell. If you download the app, you can get different discounts. Staff are friendly and Inviting and the drinks are good, especially the spicy margarita.

It was a very disappointing experience as a delivery rider. Unfortunately, I felt that there was very little respect shown towards someone who came to collect an order from the restaurant. I understand that delivery riders are not employees of the restaurant, but we are still people who are simply doing our job. I had a fantastic experience at Wagamama thanks to Harvey’s outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was explained clearly, checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. It really made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Customer service like this makes such a difference, and Harvey is a real credit to the Wagamama team.
