Honestly, I've ordered from this store probably about 4 times over 2 years and it has progressively got worse. Tonight though it was borderline inedible. Undercooked chicken (not raw, just soggy and not crispy), the on the bone chicken looked like it had come from a reject pile or maybe it had a cage match prior to being bagged up and last but not least majority of it was cold. Honestly just avoid going to this particular KFC, I would personally recommend checking out Kings Kebabs in Wisbech. They do fantastic chicken tenders with a variety of sauces.

Didn’t appear that busy this evening but unfortunately the service through the drive thru was slow and the food was only like warm at best. Even though my order wasn’t large or anything out of the ordinary (a 10 piece bargain bucket), I had to park up and wait to be served, watching at least two cars that arrived after me get their food first. Not the usual service that I’ve experienced in the past. Very disappointed…

Ordered a party bucket and some extras, drove all the way home to realise there was no large sides of our choice. Had to do a 40 minute round trip to go back to fetch the large sides and when I asked for some compensation for the massive inconvenience, I was told there was nothing they could do. Absolutely disgusting customer service especially when the staff are at fault! KFC sounds like you need to sort out how you rectify all these mistakes. A poxy 'sorry we'll do better next time' email really does not cut it!

Chicken was fine, although the wings were a bit suspicious, but what really ruined it for me was the "milkshake" It's not a milkshake, it's a slushie mixed with milky substance.
