On May 24th, I went to this place for lunch with my husband, and I was truly shocked. The tables were dirty, as were the silverware. I overlooked this until we ordered, and the waitresses brought our dishes in 5 minutes, meaning everything was reheated. We made a mistake, and just as I was about to taste it, I found something disgusting in my food: a hair. The manager simply said, "Sorry for the mistake. We ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks yesterday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The pizza arrived completely crushed and folded inside the box, with most of the toppings stuck to the lid. When we mentioned this to the driver, he refused to take responsibility and said it wasn’t their fault, insisting they wouldn’t take the pizza back. We tried calling the restaurant, and although someone initially picked up, as soon as I explained the issue he put me on hold and then no one ever came back to the phone. Just home from a meal in Bella Italia, couldn't fault the place! Brilliant service and great food. I ordered the Lasagne, now I'm a bit odd & don't like it served in a bowl on a plate, I like it straight on the plate. "Certainly sir, that'll be no problem" Then chef comes out to explain that it might look a little messy, no problem I said, out it came on a plate - perfect. They were very accomodating! Will be back soon!
