Love Chaiiwala so much ! Especially this branch- it’s so nice and spacious. I always get the caramel chai. The pink chai is also very good. And the Nutella wrap is so yummy! Food is great too and all pistachio ice cream. Raj is so kind and helpful. I always go back! 😊

We were a group of 5 people and we have visited many Chaiiwala branches across London, including Southall, Park Royal, Wembley, and Harrow. We are regular customers and have always had a good experience. However, during our visit to the Wolverhampton branch, we were disappointed with the staff’s attitude and the way they spoke to customers. The customer service was not friendly or professional, which was very different from the excellent service we usually receive at other Chaiiwala locations. We hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at this branch.

Amazing ambience , feels like I am at home in India! Super kind staff and especially Prabhjot, she was very helpful. A must go if you are craving good karak chai and some Indian street food!
