I usually order delivery from the place and tbf I have had little issues. But today I came to pickup a meal on my way home and I was shocked at the state of the store. It was very dirty, it genuinely looked like the place wasn’t cleaned at all that day. I just feel that from a customer experience perspective more effort should be put into the outward cleanliness of the place. I felt icky sitting down waiting for my order to be ready let alone eating a meal here.

I’ve been coming to this KFC in Wolverhampton for a long time because it used to be one of the good ones, but today was a total letdown. I went in late this afternoon and the place was practically empty—hardly 4 or 5 people inside—yet I was made to wait almost 30 minutes for a simple order of 6 wings and a small popcorn chicken. When I finally got my takeaway home (only a 10-minute walk), the food was already cold. How does it even get cold that fast? It clearly wasn't fresh. To top it off, the wings were tiny. Well,where do I start chicken was tiny. It's not a two piece it was one wing as you can see, and a one piece. Even though the cashier insisted it was a normal piece I beg to differ. Shocking K.F.C in my opinion. Been to well better one's. Also never get to the toilet. Need to ask for it to be unlocked. Nightmare.
