Date night visit & we had a sharing platter to start (DELICIOUS!) I had a blueberry lemonade & my hubby had a grape soda - great non alcoholic choices btw! For mains I had an Oklahoma burger which came with fries & house slaw & he had a bbq platter for 1!! No pudding as we were so full! Highly recommend!

Been one of your customers for the past 7 years. Food is great, place is good. However, our experience today is upsetting and somehow insulting. We totally understand about the tipping, “tipping jar” is already included on the receipt when it clearly says it is discretionary. We were given a wrong bill receipt and charged more on the card. We politely asked for clarification but the approach and reaction of your staff was off. It is your staff’s job to provide correct bill, and if they made a mistake and being asked by a customer, we shouldn’t be approached as if it is our mistake for asking c

We’re regulars at Hickory’s in Burton Green and we’re excited to try the one in Worcester. The location is great and staff was very friendly and helpful. I always have the beef rib, which is usually excellent, but unfortunately on this occasion it was very tough, dry and had lots of chewy bits. At the price of currently £28 this is unacceptable and unfortunately I have to judge my visit by the poor experience with the food quality. I hope this was a one-off problem (certainly wasn’t just mine today - my friend had the same dish and also had the same complaints). We’re hopefully returning one d
