Joel Taylor★★★★Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and it wasn't very busy. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff but was absolutely boiling during the heatwave, no fans to have a little breeze. We had to remind our server that we asked for tap water for the table 20 mins after. The smash burger was nice, not a lot of meat but lots of flavour, the wedges that came with it though were giant, literally a jacket potato cut into 4 (2 jackets worth in total) with minimal seasoning. For the price I expected different. The bacon toasties also had hardly any bacon. A pleasant place with lots of parking, maybe best to
Grace Wight★★★★★We came for lunchtime on a Sunday. The menu had great options. Food came quickly with good portions and was very tasty. Drinks were large/ good value, especially kids hot chocolate (which was delicious!). There’s a great cake selection and lovely cake display. Service was friendly and prompt. It’s dog friendly. There are booths around the outside and tables in the middle. There’s also takeaway available - queue and order outside at a hatch.
Sue Atkinson★★★★★What a delightful, bright and spacious cafe that's open to the general public, families and staff! Well worth a visit - the jacket potatoes are fabulous for lunch too. It was a pleasure to support St Richard's Hospice. I'll be back....
Claire Cronin★★★★We just stopped in here for a quick drink and bite to eat. Staff seemed nice and pleasant. Dogs allowed inside - seating areas in and out. Looks like it could get busy in the summer when the kids are off school, it was busy enough when we were there mid afternoon. Nice menu if a little limited, some gluten free options available.
