Literally diabolical… No matter what day what time there is either something missing or it’s freezing cold! This time is a joke … ordered a 6 piece variety bucket and they somehow forgot the bucket so all that came was hot wings and chips and mini fillets, how is it possible to forget the main part of the order!!! it’s really not that hard to get an order correct.. looking at past reviews clearly this place needs to seriously look into how to make it better than it is … take some pride in what you do and deliver what your customers order. 🙄🙄🙄

They took my money which was obviously fine since I was making a purchase a couple days later they refunded me my 10.37 out of no where and today they took it back making me go in debt I am student and pretty poor so this was detrimental to my financial wellbeing and I am very upset since kfc has never let me down before. Can someone at customer service contact me since my classmates are going through the same thing .

Cannot believe how expensive this place is now ! Great to have recycling but the bin set up in this place is not great, open bins right next to the food counter, no lids, looking down at other people’s waste food is not pleasant. I would not go here again. Fast food, which is not fast and you have to wait, expensive, no service.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience here. While eating chicken , I found a scrubber thread (like from a dish-cleaning pad) mixed in with the food. This is a serious hygiene issue and could have caused harm if I hadn’t noticed it in time. I expected better, and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
