I visited Nando's this evening and left genuinely impressed — not just by the food, but by one exceptional member of staff. When I walked in, the restaurant was near full capacity and it initially appeared that one woman — Ruby — was doing absolutely everything. Seating guests, running food to tables, managing the tills. I actually asked her if she was working alone, and she assured me others were there — though you would have been forgiven for not noticing. As a visiting American finally going for a 'cheeky Nandos' wasn't what I thought it would be. I expected more fast food, take away sort of thing. I wasn't unpleased with the experience though. I found Nandos to be a middle ground between nice & casual, quick service/sit down style. Pros - Nice atmosphere, particular location had cheerful helpful staff Many flavor options, juicy chicken.
