I always look forward to popping into the York Parliament street Costa. This morning seemed a little bit different I felt a real friendly vibrant upbeat motivational atmosphere. I found myself smiling at the upbeat customer friendly service, friendly , polite vibrant with great clear communication. Jamie was leading the way with the rest of the efficient team. Quick fast efficient service. A step up raising the bar to most excellent customer service delivery in retail and I was so happy to see this kind of new age Vibrant Customer Service. Costa is one of my go-to spots for a quick coffee or frappe, but this location truly stands out. I had to give it 5 stars, and it's all thanks to the exceptional staff! They are incredibly friendly, funny, and welcoming, always greeting customers with a smile that brightens the whole day. Their pride in their work is definitely shown, and their positive attitude is infectious. While the food is consistently good, as with most Costa branches, this particular location has that extra something special, largely due to the well-mannered and delightful staff.

I usually pop in here when I'm in York, visiting my daughter, as I have a Costa card and sometimes get a free drink. But like a lot of other cafés, it's dog friendly, and as I don't like dogs, have to come in when it's not too busy, to avoid being seated near one.
