Gave this place a go and we're pleasantly surprised, despite the small space and no prior booking, we had a choice of two tables despite it being pretty busy on a weekend. The place has two floors, with the ground floor containing a kitchen you can see into. I would say that while this is cool, the noises from the kitchen can be very loud to the point they make conversation difficult. Booked this wonderful Italian in the morning as I fancied some lovely Italian food for my birthday dinner. This restaurant did not disappoint. Food was cooked to perfection and had a lovely wine selection. The lasagne was to die for. I can see why this place is popular! We went with a four year old and they had a great kids menu. Our server Annabel was friendly, attentive and made our meal even better by surprising me for my birthday with a candle on my dessert. In true birthday style, the servers even sang happy birthday to me - such a fun touch! Great fast service and excellent food. I highl

Went for the £15 lunch menu and it was exceptional for price, usually set menus have smaller portions but not here (i’m absolutely stuffed). Even if it wasn’t busy it still had good atmosphere. Will served us with great banter and his service and really made the experience alongside the great food :D I will be recommending to friends - thank you so much!
