The nicest starbucks I have ever been to both atmosphere and people. Staff are friendly and make nice conversation, the coffee is good and the seating area is always clean. The only downside is that the toilets are often messy and aren't the nicest I would say they are definitely in need of refurbishment. Other than that this is my favrouite stabucks in the whole of the UK

I visited with someone I support — he ordered an Americano and I had a bottled water. We didn’t have any food. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The Starbucks was very quiet with hardly any customers, yet several tables had rubbish left on them. The first staff member I approached seemed preoccupied despite there being no queue, and I was left waiting at the till for a while. Overall, it felt like the service and cleanliness could have been better. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
