Worth the Trip★★

We visit this McDonald’s fairly often, and the food is consistently good. Orders are usually accurate, and everything tastes fresh. The main challenge has been the wait times, which tend to be longer than expected, even when it doesn’t seem especially busy. The other consistent issue has been the customer service. There isn’t much warmth or hospitality, and interactions often feel rushed or disengaged. I visited at 3pm for lunch and found the line for the window was long. By the time I finished receiving my order, the line had shortened. The service was fast and the interior was very clean. The workers were readily available to assist with the kiosk if needed.

9/10 the food is fresh and made correctly. But when it comes to getting serviced at the front counter your destined to wait for at least 10 minutes. I've been told by a worker that it's not their job to take the order at the register even though there are things you can't order at the kiosk and have to order at the register. This is also not the only McDonald's that does this. But they are definitely better than south 14 where they will ignore you for 20 minutes and then tell you to order it yourself

I've had problems at this McDonald's quite a few times, but this time pushed me over the edge. the inside of my burger was NOT cooked at all. I understand working in fast food you have to be quick, but I would much rather wait than bite into an uncooked burger.
