North 1st location, Abilene, TX, drive through, 8 PM. First off, customer service was terrible. The guy at the window was rushing and rude. The party burritos my daughter got were fine, but I ordered a beef muchaco with no lettuce or tomato and paid the extra .69 for sour cream. I got a beef muchaco with lettuce and tomato and no sour cream. I tried to call the store after I realized they messed up so I could talk to them about how they would make it right since I couldn’t go back up there after getting home. Two stars is generous. Lady at front counter was taking forever to bag chips and wasn't paying any attention to line in lobby. Had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to notice. Only got help with the manager pointed at me. My chips were soggy. And my friend's order was missing chips and one muchaco didn't have any cheese and the other was made completely wrong. I doubt I'll go back again.

Definitely never coming back, the kid in the drive through had an attitude from help, got my order wrong and I had to BUY MY CORRRCT ORDER AFTER NOT BEING COMPENSATED FOR MY WRONG ORDER then wanted to talk under his breath. This is the absolute worst service I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.
