The employee handed me an extra large hot coffee in a clearly defective cup. Steaming hot coffee went all over my hands, my sister's hands, and my car. I have yet to hear back from them concerning this. Terrible terrible customer service both in the store and in the office.

Recently went by and the man working didnt seem to understand anything. Maybe about 30min for my orderand had people honking. We were in drive through. I decided to come inside and see theres only ONE person working. He didnt know English, his boss was on the phone trying to help. I wasnt able to cancel my order cause he didnt know english. I went inside and spoke to the boss on the phone, this man is the ONLY person working, he doesnt speak english AND he told me sorry he is new. New people are with trainers, he wasnt. Horrible customer service. The Indian man answered the drive through window by saying, “WHAT?” I Will not be back and I hope this location gets shut down.
