Great food but the customer service is lacking. The waitresses are very pokey and you constantly have to remind them or ask them for things like refills or extra condiments or napkins. The place could use a little sprucing up too, the hallway to the bathroom is weird, almost feels like you are going into the kitchen and invading their space… And the bathroom itself is not up to par. My mother in law wouldn’t even go to the bathroom after the experience.

Moved to the area a few years ago. Have been ordering since. Tonight I ordered and I had asked for 24k gold and mild on the side. Sadly the tenders all came 24k gold. My 17 month old wasn’t impressed. Called and with 15 minutes I had a fresh ten peace plain at my doorstep. 10/10 customer service.

Great staff, great food, and atmosphere. I'm not returning to this place until they change their carryout containers. This is wild to get fried chicken in Styrofoam. Look at these pictures. How am I supposed to eat this food, knowing it's safe, with literal holes melted into the styrofoam. THIS IS CRAZY and I've contacted the appropriate agencies.

Great service and atmosphere. Good was pretty good. We ordered wings and fries. Buffalo hot could have been more wet but the 24k gold were pretty good. Fries were fries. Would definitely come again!
