Pretty sure the fryer oil was rancid and needed to be changed. I got a Mexican pizza and the tortilla on it tasted horrible, like it had gone bad. I’ve ordered it many times and never had this happen.

The employees were mostly fine. But after I ordered using the in store ordering computer, I stood at the counter to pay with cash, and a bearded employee questioned if I already used the computer to order. Like he didn’t want to come near the counter unless he knew for sure I already ordered using the machine. He was thrown off because I wanted to pay with cash. Also most of the lobby tables were dirty. All the employees were huddled on the assembly line for some reason. But none of these reasons are why I’m here. I came with my friend we ordered on the kiosk as soon as we got there. I waited a few minutes nothing to crazy. I ordered two lux boxes. Which are supposed to come with a drink. But when the associate came to bring the food out he just left the boxes on the counter and yelled my name. Usually I wouldn’t really care too much. However they forgot our drinks.
